Reservations are made by paying the reservation deposit specified on our retreat offer page. In the case of retreat packages individually tailored to your needs, such as personal retreats, the required deposit will be communicated by email. You will receive a reservation confirmation within 48 hours of payment.


Payment of the full amount is due 30 days prior to the arrival date of the retreat. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount payment must be made immediately after the reservation.

Payments are generally made by bank transfer; Payment details will be sent to you a few days before the due date. For customers from non-EU countries, alternative payment methods can be agreed.

Cancelations and refunds

All payments made more than 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, both reservation deposits and full amount payments. An administrative fee of € 10 will be charged for the processing of any refund.

Refunds of any kind are not granted in case of cancellations less than 30 days before arrival.

Association Membership

After full payment of a reservation, you acquire membership for the current calendar year of the non-profit association that runs our retreats, Associació TierraLuz Vida en Comunidad y Conciencia. Membership is mandatory for all guests staying on site.
